When Larissa's band Loveproof grew into Iamloveproof, the band expanded to include a second set of siblings as backing vocalists - Lou Rankin and her brother Mick. Before long, there was an offshoot band, and the Tandys and Rankins started playing the many small bar room gigs happening in Melbourne every night, as "megaharmony quartet" Strine Singers.
